SHIPPING POLICY

• No orders will be shipped on weekends or holidays.

 

• We can not garantee that items left in your cart will continue to be available.

 

• Customers are responsible for all shipping fees.


• Customers are responsible for any applicable shipping and handling charges.

 

• Customers are fully responsible for any additional fees imposed by customs, including any tariffs and duties.


• Packages that are returned or shipped with an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject

to additional shipping charges.


• We are not responsible for the loss and damage during the process of transport of the returned goods.

RETURN POLICY

• If you are unsatisfied with your product, you may return merchandise within 7 days from the delivery date for store credit. Store credit will only be issued if the returned merchandise is in its original condition.

All sales are final.

 

• If an item is delivered damaged, please contact us via email shop@sashaalsberg.com within 48 hours with a  photograph of the damaged product. A new item will be shipped upon availability.

If the item is no longer available, store credit will be given.

 

• Sasha Alsberg is not responsible for lost items with a delivered status.
